Timer. From my personal collection.

For a long time this lived in my kitchen, but then my wife — who, I’m very grateful to say, does all our laundry — needed a new timer for laundry day, and I was only too happy to volunteer the smiley face! Makes laundry day seem like less of a chore. (I hope.)
